Excursion to Nestlé Nigeria Plc: Learning From the Giants

Learning at Shining Light Schools does not stop at the classroom door. On [DATE], our students embarked on an exciting educational excursion to Nestlé Nigeria Plc, one of the largest food and beverage companies in the country.

What the students experienced

From the moment our students arrived, they were immersed in the world of modern food production. They observed [CLIENT TO CONFIRM DETAILS: e.g. the production lines, quality control processes, packaging units] and learned how everyday products they know from home are made at industrial scale — with science, precision and strict hygiene at every step.

For our Secondary students especially, the visit brought classroom subjects to life: the chemistry of food processing, the biology of nutrition, and the business studies behind running a world-class company.

Why excursions matter

At Shining Light, we believe a child who sees what is possible begins to believe what is possible. Standing inside a real factory, asking real engineers and food scientists their questions, our students caught a glimpse of the careers waiting for them — and many returned with new dreams.
